Thailand – In the “Land of Smiles”

Lila and I have been in Thailand for about 10 days now. When we landed in Bangkok we met up with our friend Josh from the U.S. and we’ve been having a great time discovering this beautiful country. Yoga, Thai massage, beautiful scenery and even more beautiful people make this one of my favorite places so far.

Morning Traffic

Lila was in the shop looking at shoes (sound familiar?) and I was waiting on the curb people watching and then this guy just came riding down the street on an elephant. East Meets West in Turkey

It’s amazing how, by crossing an imaginary line, the landscape and feel of a place can change so dramatically. I’ve felt it in every country we’ve crossed into, and Turkey was no exception.
